Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with our terms and conditions before completing your booking.

We remind our guests that all bookings are subject to acceptance of our full terms and conditions as detailed below. The guest named on the booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party have seen, understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

Pitch Fees

Caravan Pitches – £30 per pitch. Includes awning, dogs, parking for one car, electricity*, use of toilet & shower block, washing-up facilities and free wifi access. Extra cars may park in the visitor car park next to the toilet block.

*must not be used for charging of electric vehicles.

Campervan Pitches – £30 per pitch. Includes awning, dogs, electricity*, use of toilet & shower block, washing-up facilities and free wifi access.

*must not be used for charging of electric vehicles.

Family Tent Pitches – £30 per pitch. Includes use of toilet & shower block and washing-up facilities. Free wifi access is available in the main caravan field and the area surrounding the shower block. Electric hookup is not available on the camping field. If electric hookup is required please book one of our small campervan pitches (hard standing).

General Tent Pitches – £30 per pitch or £10 per person whichever works out the least amount. Includes use of toilet & shower block and washing-up facilities. Free wifi access is available in the main caravan field and the area surrounding the shower block. These pitches cannot be booked online, please email or phone to make a reservation.

Additional Fees

Showers – £1.

Payment

Full payment is to be made via bank transfer in advance of your stay. Details on how to do this are included in the email sent to you at the point of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The first night of your booking is non-refundable under any circumstance. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of your booking start date you will receive a refund of the total price minus the first night of your booking. Cancellation within 7 days of your booking start date is non-refundable.

If you are forced to cancel your booking, or we are forced to close due to Coronavirus-related national/regional lockdowns a full refund will be made or alternative dates offered.

We advise guests to ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover in the event that they need to cancel a booking.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Guests are able to check in from 1pm on the first date of their booking and must vacate their pitch by 11am on the day of their departure.

Force Majeur

Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park is located on a working farm situated within a rural setting. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety where reasonably possible and that they understand and are prepared for situations which may arise including adverse weather conditions.

Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park is not liable for any event beyond Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park’s reasonable control, this is including, but not limited to:

• Any failure or defective working of facilities or services.
• The effect of adverse weather.

Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park reserve the right to cancel a booking due to adverse weather, equipment failure & damage or for other reasons. In the eventuality of Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park having to cancel a booking, the guest will receive a refund in full but no further compensation shall be paid.

Wildlife

Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park is located in a rural setting which is a natural habitat for wild animals. Guests should not leave foodstuffs or food waste wrapped or unwrapped outside their caravan/campervan/tent.

Dogs and pets

Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park welcomes well-behaved dogs. The caravan park is located on a working farm and as such dogs should be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off-site.

Contact Staff

Guests are responsible for raising any issues they may have with the owners of Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park immediately, so there is reasonable opportunity to resolve them. If the owners of Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park are not informed of any issues either until the end of a guest’s stay or after a guest has departed, Cross Hall Farm Caravan Park reserve the right to refuse a refund.
